I had called and scheduled for my 1st service on my vehicle. On the day I called I spoke with the woman on the phone about other issues that I wanted addressed on the same day, so I wouldn't have to make multiple trips. I live an hour and half away. When I got there none of the other issues had been left on the notes for my appointment, I was only scheduled for an oil change. This was very upsetting. The service center employee told me the person who scheduled the appointment didn't understand the workflow of the service center. Why is this my problem? I did my part to call ahead and try and reserve a time to have it all corrected. Instead, now I have wait a month for another appointment and told it will be a 4 hour wait and there will be no loaner or courtesy vehicle for me to use while I have to wait. I already had to wait 3 hours at my 1st appointment. So far I am not very impressed with this dealership. I came purchased my vehicle, and a week later the business office realized that all my paperwork had the wrong VIN number and had to be redone. I was also told I only had 1 key because they had lost the other one. A key was mailed to me but it was programmed to be key number 3 which means it does not work with any of the presets you can make in the vehicle. (one of the issues I had asked to be addressed when I called for the service appointment) At this point, I wish I had never purchased here or the vehicle.
